Kimono storage

Any tea person can tell you that the kimono, much as it can be annoying, uncomfortable, slow and difficult to put on, expensive, (sometimes ugly), and hard to keep clean, is also a magical garment that can store a shockingly large number of things with ease, rendering an ancillary bag largely unnecessary.

For example, look at what I was carrying during the Iwashimizu kencha shiki:

I also sometimes carry papers or my camera inside the back of my obi.  Some Sen family people carry their fukusa basami (bags of tea stuff, like what's inside the overlap of my kimono here) in there, but it would be presumptuous of us to copy that, even though it's totally smart and logical.
